Q: I don't like inputting my information on a website. Do I have to buy online?
A: You do not have to buy online. We do offer a secure checkout online from PayPal, but you may also choose to email us at info@BLTshirt.com and we will be happy to send you an invoice that can be paid with a credit / debit card or e-check. We also accept checks via snail mail but please keep in mind that this will delay the production time. Feel free to call us M-F 9-5 EST at 954-253-2937
Q: How do I find out shipping costs?
A: We ship via UPS and will be shown at step 2 of the checkout process.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes, we do offer volume is discounts. The more you buy the more you save.
Q: How are print prices determined?
A: We offer volume discounts on all custom orders. Dye Sublimtion prints are charged per print no matter how many colors. Screen Prints are charged per ink color and location of print.
Q: How many do I need to order?
A: Dye Sublimation prints require a 12 piece minimum and some Screen Printed apparel only require a 12 piece minium as well.
Q: Does my order have to be all the same size and color?
A: No, you can combine sizes, colors, and styles. As long as the artwork is the same on all apparel, this will be counted as one order. Unfortunatly this is not an option when using our online design tool. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to mix and match sizes and style.Please note that the artwork will be the same size on all pieces. So the printed image will be the same size on a Small and XXXL.
Q: Can I order multiple colors and sizes?
A:Yes, we can combine sizes and colors as long as the artwork and print locations are the same on all products.
Q:When will I recieve my order?
A: Our standard production time is 14 business days from reciept of payment. Any payments recieved after 12 pm EST will processed the following business day. This may vary so please let us know of any deadlines before ordering.
Q:What if I have a problem with my order?
A:We want you to be completely happy with your order. We will work you to correct any problems that may arise. We also inspect all provided artwork and will contact you before printing if there might be any issues. Please contact us online or phone with any issues regarding your order.
Q:What printing methods are used when custom printing Dri Fit apparel?
A:When printing on Dri Fit Sun Shirts we can use dye sublimation for multi colored artwork on light colored apparel.Screen printing is your only option for dark apparel and cotton tees.
Q: I have a picture of my boat, can you draw it for me?
A: Yes, our artists can illustrate your boat, vehicle, building, etc just from a picture. Please visit our Custom Artwork page for more information.
